Your New Role:
This Business Analyst will support DC Comics technology initiatives. This role focuses on integrating new technologies and workflows. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical skills and a passion for automating and optimizing business processes.
Your Role Accountabilities:
Requirements & Design: The Business Analyst will lead business requirements gathering with various stakeholders across DC Comics. They will create high-quality artifacts including requirement documents, user stories with concise acceptance criteria, current and future state process flows, functional designspecification, mock-ups/wireframes. This role will ensure that documentation is always current.
Testing & Support: This role will plan and execute quality Assurance (QA) testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for continuous improvement enhancements.The Business Analyst will provide Level 1 application support for key publishingsystems. Understand dependencies and impacts across integrated systems and platforms within DC Comics.
Product Management Support: Assists senior business analysts and/or product managers with planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. They will contribute to the product status updates.
Qualifications & Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred).
2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements.
Expertise in modeling/mapping current-state to future-state business processes.
Experience with both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience with test planning, test case development, and execution.
Familiarity with ERP systems (i.e., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), Snowflake, Monday.com and publishing workflows.
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints.
Exceptional communication, teamwork, and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment.
Strong critical/analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
High energy level, adaptive, and a strong team player with a good work ethic.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be a self-starter.
Must demonstrate resiliency when met with challenges or setbacks.
Not Required but preferred experience:
Experience with media and entertainment consumer products, especially publishing.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Tech teams, business stakeholders, etc.).
Familiarity with publishing workflows and product lifecycle management.
Experience with customized ERP applications and data infrastructure design.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $75,180.00 - $139,620.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
