Business Analyst / Technical Project Coordinator
Are you someone who thrives on bringing structure to complex projects and keeping diverse teams aligned? We're seeking a Business Analyst / Technical Project Coordinator who can translate scientific needs into clear requirements, drive project delivery, and ensure our software solutions truly serve researchers at AstraZeneca.
In this role, you'll be the organizational backbone connecting our software engineering team, scientific users, and stakeholders across the organization. Working in close partnership with the Technical Lead, you'll gather and document requirements, coordinate project timelines, facilitate communication, manage priorities, and hold teams accountable to commitments. You'll ensure decisions are documented, expectations are aligned, and projects move from concept to successful delivery.
This isn't just about managing timelines—you'll actively shape how we build software for science. You'll influence prioritization decisions, ensure every feature addresses real user needs, drive adoption of solutions across the organization, and maintain the organizational clarity that enables a small, high-performing team to deliver impactful results.
