Business Analyst (Senior Associate)

In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Business Analyst (Senior Associate) to join our Tax & Legal team in Athens.          

• Own project delivery end-to-end, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks 

• Drive technology projects from scoping and planning through to delivery, with clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation 

• Coordinate across business teams, vendors, and engineering to keep things moving and meet deadlines 

• Anticipate dependencies, identify risks early, and either resolve or escalate them promptly 

• Manage stakeholder communication - status updates, steering committees, and day-to-day alignment 

• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, process flows, and current/future-state process maps 

• Support UAT planning and execution to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations 

What you bring matters 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field 

• Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in project management and/or business analysis, delivering technology projects across multiple stakeholders, teams, and vendors 

• Experience in B2B environments or regulated organizations is highly recommended 

• Proficiency in MS Suite; familiarity with tools like Figma, Visio, Alteryx, or Power BI is a plus 

• Fluent in Greek and English 

• Ownership & accountability, you don't wait to be told, you drive things forward  

• Analytical thinker, you cut through noise, connect the dots, and get to the root of what matters 

• Problem solver, you don't just flag issues, you come with solutions 

• Self-organized, you handle numerous tasks, deadlines, and changing priorities with ease, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. 

• Skilled negotiator, you navigate scope creep, push back constructively, and resolve conflicts before they escalate
