Job Description

As Business Analyst you would be part of global team. You will work in hybrid model with office in Katowice and report directly to Manager, Sales Incentive Process Tools and Data.

You will be the support of Anaplan ICM system, standardized global processes and data integration accuracy in/out of Anaplan ICM. Quality of the Anaplan system and process impacts significant aspects of our business and sales employees including the accuracy and timeliness of sales incentive calculations and reporting.

You will find creative solutions to validate data and information with technology like Power Platforms and integrations with Anaplan. You will be familiar with the sales incentive plans and administration processes and will develop, implement and drive efficiency changes within global processes

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work with large amounts of data
  • Define and improve processes for Anaplan data reconciliations to source systems to ensure data accuracy within Anaplan for sales incentive pay and employee SIP reporting
  • Ensure snapshots from Anaplan GSTO accurately move to ICM including goals, territories, partner functions and other required GSTO data
  • Support validation of Anaplan sales crediting and focus offering accuracy and completion
  • Participate in monthly data gathering and maintenance for sales roles where manual data collection is required using tools such as Power BI, power query, power apps.
  • Research data and integration issues and work with appropriate teams to help resolve and confirm completion
  • Document global process steps as developed and update
  • Support and use Agile process, document user stories and acceptance criteria for Anaplan ICM development changes and testing

 

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a technical discipline
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience ,
  • Fluency in English

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Working knowledge in updating/supporting Microsoft Access database queries (e.g. SQL), Power BI reports, power query, power apps and other Microsoft related tools
  • Experience with an ERP System, Product Management and CRM Software
  • Familiarity or background in working with SAP, Anaplan and PBI tools
