Position Summary
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in building and strengthening the operational foundation of the regional AC business.
The role will actively support the development of new process, reporting standard, and operational frameworks. This position will be responsible for managing data accuracy, preparing high-quality reports, and coordinating with subsidiaries to understand their needs and help improve their operational performance. Role and Responsibilities
1. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational reports, dashboards, and trackers
- Collect, validate, and reconcile key business data (Sales, profit, inventory, forecasting, etc.)
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations
- Highlight basic observations or data irregularities to support decision-making
2. Process Support & Enhancement
- Monitor workflow and process compliance to maintain smooth execution of operations and identify potential risks or bottlenecks
- Contribute to process innovation by identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements to enhance operational processes, templates, and standards
- Provide administrative and analytical support to strengthen process, reporting quality, and overall performance
3. Collaboration
- Collaborate with subsidiaries to understand operational challenges and provide guidance or process recommendations to help strengthen their day-to-day operations
- Enable business alignment by coordinating with Sales, SCM, PM, and Marketing to ensure timely information flow and issue resolution
4. Knowledge & Process Management
- Collect, document, and share best practices from high-performing subsidiaries, establishing knowledge-sharing mechanisms that support capability building
- Contribute to the development and documentation of new operational processes and guidelines
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or related field
- 2- 3+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, supply chain processes, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, power query, data organization) and PowerPoint
- High agility and resilience, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment typical of a regional business structure
- Strong motivation, positive attitude, and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, especially when working with large datasets
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work across multiple countries and teams
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver within time-sensitive timelines
