You will report to Manager for Operation based in Singapore.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will analyse potential impact of current and proposed business practices and plans.
• System Setup and Parts maintenance in SAP (Business Process)
• Be the support (SAP/PIM) for NPI/ PDN related projects.
• Date cleansing (in preparation for Windchill).
• You will be the centre of support for data automation.
• You will Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, improve and implementing the solutions.
• Up-to-date information on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernise systems and reporting.
• You will manage the complete analysis of team goals, goals and of the general business environment.
• Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Min. Diploma or degree holder for business related.
• SAP ECC /APO
• The ability to maintain accurate records, review data thoroughly, and ensure and compliance in day‑to‑day work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including maintaining structured trackers, analysing data, and supporting reporting and operational needs.
• The ability to collaborate across team members, convey information, and support cross‑functional coordination.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
