Business Analyst – Quality & Training

Job Summary

The Business Analyst – Quality & Training will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement in quality and efficiency, and developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to support these enhancements within FLSmidth S.A. de C.V. This role bridges the gap between business needs and operational excellence, ensuring our teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

A. Create / review the proposals, Sale Order, Purchase order process quality checklists in coordination with GBCs

B. Ensure the conduct of Quality sampling audits and publish the performance results

C. Work closely with the business process responsible for Quality performance improvement plan & execution

D. Train, create awareness on reporting of all errors and ensure timely closures

E. Work with GBC for training module creation, archive and updation

F. Institutionalize the new joiner onboarding trainings - process, product & system, and evaluate the effectiveness

G. Work with GSLM/RSLMs, Product specialists for organizing product related trainings 

H. Work with the business process responsible for conducting Kaizen, Quality improvement initiatives

I. Establish an exhaustive training page / application encompassing all process, product and application training modules

What you bring

  • Proven experience in process quality & training domain
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and lead by influence
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience within the Supply Chain / Manufacturing domain
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint. Basic skills in PowerBI & PowerApps
