The Business Analyst is responsible for driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and process optimization. This role leads the development and implementation of process analytics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business process management methodologies. Acting as a central liaison between operations, project management, technology services, architecture, and data teams, the Business Analyst applies a blend of business acumen and analytical expertise to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control business processes (DMAIC). This position plays a critical role in managing change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
