Hagerty

Business Analyst – Partner Producer Experience

United States Full time

As Business Analyst focused on the Partner Producer Experience, you will play a critical role in shaping how Hagerty’s external Partner Brokers and Agencies interact with Hagerty systems to quote, submit applications, issue policies, and service in-force business.

This role owns the end-to-end producer journey, beginning with login through Hagerty’s Agent Business Center and extending into the systems used to quote, issue, and manage policies. Work will initially center on Duck Creek Producer and will evolve as Hagerty continues its platform modernization.

Partner Brokers and Agencies are external users and may include independent agencies and other partner organizations where Hagerty provides specialized insurance products and capabilities. A deep understanding of real-world P&C agency workflows and partner expectations is essential to success in this role.

While the immediate focus of this role will be Duck Creek Producer, this position is intentionally designed to expand over time to include greater ownership of the end-to-end producer experience. Our vision is to deliver a seamless, intuitive producer experience where Partner Brokers and Agencies can access quoting, application submission, policy issuance, and policy servicing without friction or system awareness. This role owns business requirements for the Producer experience under the direction of the Director of Agency Systems Implementation, including day-to-day requirement decisions, recommendations, and escalation of key tradeoffs as needed. The role will also play a significant role in coordinating and leading user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions align with business intent and partner needs.

This is a mid-level Business Analyst role with clear opportunities to grow into a senior role over time.
