We’re looking for a proactive Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting initiatives that span our healthcare services, fitness centres, and community wellbeing programmes. Experience in the healthcare or fitness sectors would be a real advantage, as would exposure to social impact programmes that drive meaningful change.
This role is ideal for someone who is structured, curious, and comfortable operating across both business and technical domains.
As our Business Analyst, you will:
Select analysis methods and techniques based on the specific need
Design, develop and document business and system processes
Lead workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts, ensuring business needs are understood and constructively challenged
Document requirements clearly and accurately, and work closely with delivery teams to ensure shared understanding
Support RFP and vendor selection activities, including shaping requirements, evaluating options, and contributing to structured decision‑making
Engage and align multiple teams across technology, operations, and business functions, ensuring shared understanding and coordinated delivery
Undertake gap analysis (between technologies or between requirements and solution options) and translate findings into actionable options
Help establish clear ways of working for newly initiated projects, including documentation standards, governance routines, and communication flows
Collaborate with Delivery Managers & Product Owners to plan and manage analysis work
Partner with testing teams to ensure requirements, acceptance criteria and delivery processes are fully understood
Support data and system migration activities, including mapping, validation, cutover planning, and post‑migration assurance
Skills & Experience
Essential
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in a technology‑driven environment
Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document requirements clearly and concisely
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business‑friendly language
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and align multiple teams or stakeholder groups
Experience supporting or delivering data/system migrations
Desirable
Experience within healthcare, fitness or charitable sectors
Familiarity with data mapping, integrations, APIs, or ETL processes
Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence and LucidChart (or equivalent)
Experience contributing to vendor selection, RFP processes, or structured evaluation activities
Experience helping establish ways of working, governance, or delivery frameworks in new or early‑stage projects
