Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains software for the organization’s products and systems. Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation.
Engage with stakeholders to collect and record business needs, ensuring total transparency and alignment.
Examine datasets to find trends, extract insights, and facilitate informed decision-making.
Detect system or workflow bottlenecks and suggest optimizations for business operations.
Produce thorough documentation regarding project requirements, processes, and final results.
Draft and present reports to communicate analytical findings clearly.
Serve as the primary link between technical units and business partners to maintain focus on project goals.
Convert business objectives into user stories or functional specifications to direct software development.
Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) to confirm that new solutions satisfy specified business requirements.
Track the performance of deployed solutions and propose upgrades based on feedback and shifting needs.
At least 5 years of professional experience in business analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; Master's degree is advantageous.
Proficiency in evaluating intricate data to support problem-solving and strategic choices.
Strong communication abilities (written and verbal) for stakeholder interaction and technical reporting.
Deep comprehension of industry workflows and organizational strategies.
Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend creative solutions for business hurdles.
Knowledge of business analysis tools, data software, and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Skilled in requirement elicitation and drafting functional specifications.
Adept at managing stakeholder expectations across developers, clients, and leadership.
Flexibility to navigate shifting priorities and timelines while maintaining high standards.
