What you’ll do:
- Manage and optimize our LMS platform—configuring, uploading content, troubleshooting, handling updates, and generating reports.
- Design and maintain learning paths, certifications, digital badging, and integrated training opportunities for our global user base.
- Build and document standard operating procedures and best practices to maximize the effectiveness of our learning technology.
- Support learners (customers, partners, employees) by providing guidance, training, and technical assistance across the LMS and integrated platforms.
- Collaborate with training leaders, IT, and other stakeholders to develop, implement, and enhance learning programs and systems.
- Advise and partner with teammates on process improvement, workflow optimization, and continuous development.
- Lead platform integrations and interface with IT teams to bring enhancements and new features.
What you will bring:
- 3+ years' experience in administering and managing a Learning Management System (Thought Industries experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills—you make technical topics easy for everyone to understand.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting tools like Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with data analytics, reporting, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Power-BI, SQL, Looker, and/or HTML/CSS is a bonus.
- Project management skills and proven ability to work effectively within global, diverse teams.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Previous experience in an IT or SaaS environment is preferred.
