Business Analyst Lead

Job Description

Serves as a liaison between business stakeholders, product development teams,  and client to ensure business objectives are clearly understood and translated into actionable technical work. Takes direction from business and product to define priorities and desired outcomes, applying strong technical expertise to execute tasks effectively and deliver high‑quality solutions. Prepares and delivers reports, plans, and technical expertise that support with business decision-making.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Work with output solution partners to automate statement processing and support operational efficiency goals.

  • Apply expertise in data modeling, process mapping, and requirements documentation to streamline workflows and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Manage large, complex projects or processes with limited oversight from management.

  • Produce reports, insights, and analysis to help the organization achieve operational targets.

  • Work with SNAP (statement automation processing) and other statement/output platforms to support client implementations.

  • Partner with clients to promote adoption of enhanced statement formats and new output solutions.

  • Troubleshoot complex challenges, coordinate with technical teams, and drive solutions to completion.

  • Coach or review work for lower‑level professionals when needed.

  • Influence policies, practices, and procedures based on insights and subject matter expertise.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in business analysis, product support, or operations within financial services or financial technology.

  • Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and workflow design.

  • Experience working directly with clients, including leading discussions and managing expectations.

  • Ability to manage large or complex initiatives independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present insights and documentation to leadership or clients.

  • Hands‑on experience working with statement processing, output solutions, or content management platforms.

  • Technical aptitude with familiarity in SQL, data modeling, system interactions, or automation workflows.

  • Ability to solve complex problems and drive initiatives from concept through execution.

  • High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

The pay range for this full-time position is $0.00 - $999,999,999.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
