You will work with Product and Platform teams to support our modernization journey.

With your ability to bring clarity, structure, and insight - paired with deep business and technical expertise – you will have a meaningful impact and shape transformative changes across the LCBO. If you are passionate about delivering solutions with tangible business value and championing continuous improvement, this is the role for you!

About the Role

Requirements and Analysis:

  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and operational improvement.
  • Lead the assessment of business needs using structured requirement gathering methods.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and cross‑functional alignment meetings.
  • Prioritize business requirements and changes; assess risks and costs versus benefits.
  • · Develop clear, relevant requirement documentation (e.g., BRDs, PRDs, user stories, process and data models).
  • · Collaborate with technical leads to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions; contribute to high-level technical solution exploration.
  • · Provide recommendations for business process redesign and opportunities to better leverage existing technologies.
  • · Manage requirements throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving priorities.

Project and Product Support:

  • Contribute to business case development, cost-benefit analysis, solution evaluations, and RFP processes for strategic initiatives.
  • Leverage data analytics to validate assumptions and encourage data backed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Product and Platform teams to ensure value delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Review test strategies and plans to ensure appropriate integration and end‑to‑end coverage.
  • Support defect triage and resolution; help ensure solutions are thoroughly tested with minimal risk.
  • Help with change management efforts to promote smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with business partners to provide meaningful and scalable technical solutions.
  • Translate business needs into solution‑oriented inputs for technical teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Keep project and product teams informed of issues, risks, and resolutions.

Best Practices and Continuous Improvement:

  • Apply established processes, standards, and tools for requirements management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in requirements practices, documentation standards, and agile delivery.
  • Demonstrate ongoing commitment to learning new technologies and deepening business domain expertise.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related analytical role.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering complex, technical solutions.
  • Experience writing detailed business/functional requirements and user stories.
  • Understanding of SDLC methodologies and PM/Agile/Scrum practices
  • Experience with tools such as SAP (S/4HANA), Blue Yonder (OMS, SCPO, etc.), Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan), Jira and Confluence or e-Commerce platforms.
  • Professional certifications such as IIBA CBAP or PMI-PBA.

We offer a comprehensive suite of benefits including:

  • Health/Dental Benefits
  • Access to an Employee & Family Assistance Program
  • a Defined Benefit Pension
