As a Business Analyst within our award-winning Center of Excellence (CoE), you will play a key role in shaping data-driven, automated, and AI-enabled solutions across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex needs into impactful solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Robotic Process Automation, and emerging AI capabilities. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders and technical teams to improve processes, enhance decision-making, and drive measurable business value. Working in a collaborative, international environment, you’ll influence how intelligent automation is adopted at scale. What You’ll Do
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities for automation, analytics, and AI-driven improvements.
- Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process-mapping sessions to document current-state processes and design future-state solutions.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Power BI, Power Automate, RPA, Microsoft Lists, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Act as the primary bridge between business users and technical delivery teams, ensuring alignment throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Support solution design by ensuring requirements are feasible, scalable, and aligned with platform best practices.
- Define and execute test plans, validating that delivered solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.
- Contribute to change management activities, including user adoption approaches, documentation, and training materials.
- Monitor deployed solutions, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and enhancement.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong capability in business analysis within an IT or digital environment, with a structured and analytical mindset.
- Solid understanding of Power BI, including data modeling, architecture concepts, and visualization best practices.
- Working knowledge of Power Automate and workflow-based automation solutions.
- Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and how bots support business processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Lists for collaborative and process-driven business applications.
- Awareness of AI technologies and their practical application in solving real business problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
- Fluent written and spoken English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
Nice to have:
- Certification in Business Analysis.
- Microsoft Power BI or broader Power Platform certification.
- Hands-on exposure to RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate Desktop.
- Experience using AI-powered coding or productivity assistants (e.g., Claude AI, GitHub Copilot, or similar).
