About the Role

We are looking for a business analyst intern to join our team.

Please note this will be a Summer Internship starting in June 2026

Responsibilities:

• Business Tooling & Technology Enablement:

o Evaluate, test, and provide feedback on third-party tools (e.g., project management, time tracking, resource allocation, automation platforms) to enhance operational efficiency.

o Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new tools into existing workflows and drive adoption.

o Support system administration for Professional Services tooling, including configuration, user support, and troubleshooting.

• Business Reporting & Analytics:

o Design, create, update, and maintain business reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into operational performance.

o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

• Process Engineering & Optimization:

o Document, analyze, and maintain process workflows for the Professional Services team.

o Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in service delivery processes and propose data-driven optimizations.

o Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key business processes.

• Collaboration & Communication:

o Act as a liaison between Professional Services, IT, and other departments to align technical solutions with business needs.

o Provide training and documentation to end-users on new processes and tools.

o Work with leadership to support strategic initiatives related to scalability, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

o Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that optimize business operations and workflows.

Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to operational challenges.

• Exposure to with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

• General understanding of business process documentation, workflow automation, and operational efficiency improvements.

• Strong motivation to identify and solve key business problems.

• Experience with project management, professional services automation (PSA) or CRM systems.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Strong communication skills.
