This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing anywhere within the United States.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Excel and SQL expertise, experience within a Medicare or health insurance environment, and a solid background in project management and process improvement. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to data accuracy, and the ability to effectively partner with both technical and business stakeholders.
Technical Requirements:
Excel: Ability to write and interpret complex embedded formulas, create and utilize pivot tables, and perform data cleansing and validation.
SQL: Ability to write complex queries and extract data from multiple databases.
Position Purpose:
Perform various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned function.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4-6 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare. Project management experience preferred.
Provider Data: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of business process analysis (documenting business process, gathering requirements) experience in healthcare industry and/or working in a data driven environment. Knowledge of data migration, software enhancement/planning, and Agile preferred. Experience managing projects with a high reliance on technology.
