What will you do in this role?
Successfully implement business analysis and project management tasks.
Document and prioritize requirements based on business needs and developer workload.
Groom the backlog to prioritize tickets.
Create and update kanban boards with ADO, Jira, or MS Planner.
Assist in implementing scrum and agile methodologies to ensure seamless project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and meet project goals.
Qualifications
Education requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
Experience requirements:
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years).
Experience generating User and Functional requirements is required.
Experience prioritizing the backlog is required.
Experience creating timelines is required.
Agile project management is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good knowledge of laboratory processes.
Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, organization and time management skills.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
Practical knowledge of ADO, Jira, or MS Planner.
Proficient knowledge of scrum and agile methodologies.
Outstanding documentation and prioritization skills.
Ability to compete effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Location: Fully remote on the East Coast. Relocation assistance is NOT provided.
