The role
The Business Analyst – Programme & PMO provides the central spine of the Process Optimisation Programme, ensuring structure, coordination and visibility across all divisions. The role exists to connect workstreams, support prioritisation and benefits tracking, and produce clear, high‑quality outputs that enable effective decision‑making at senior level.
What you’ll be doing
Support development and maintenance of an integrated programme plan across all divisions.
Track progress, dependencies, risks and priorities across workstreams.
Ensure alignment and consistency of process and architecture activity across divisions.
Support opportunity sizing, benefits estimation and prioritisation decisions.
Build and maintain clear views of value, outcomes and delivery progress.
Translate complex process and optimisation work into structured, usable outputs.
Produce high‑quality materials to support senior stakeholder discussions and decisions.
Support development of a joined‑up view of processes, value streams and architecture.
Maintain clarity, structure and discipline across the programme as it evolves.
Who we’re looking for
Experience in programme support, PMO or transformation environments.
Strong analytical capability, with confidence working with data, assumptions and trade‑offs.
Experience supporting complex, multi‑workstream initiatives.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage detail and nuance.
Ability to work with imperfect or evolving information.
Experience within insurance or other regulated environments is desirable.
Curiosity for AI, automation and emerging ways of working.
Qualifications
Relevant business analysis or programme support qualification is desirable.
Professional insurance qualification is desirable but not essential.
Strong written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate clearly.
Good numeracy skills, with confidence working with figures and prioritisation data.
