As a Finance lead for Northern Europe personal care business (France, Benelux, DACH clusters within Western & Central Europe (WCE) Enterprise Markets), you will be partnering with cluster General managers and Commercial Leads to drive strategy deployment and deliver results, supporting WCE CFO on key strategic projects and finance initiatives. You will have the responsibility to lead, challenge and influence business performance to ensure results delivery in both current year and 3-year SBP timeframe.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ownership of financial forecast and commercial analysis to support strategy execution, strengthen in-market performance and improve overall decision making to consistently deliver top line growth, margin improvement, OP growth and free cash flow improvement for Northern Europe
Partner Western & Central Europe CFO with development of long-term strategic business plans for Northern Europe to support enterprise markets growth strategy.
Support complex scenario planning within Powering Care transformation including product sourcing changes, route to market changes, portfolio harmonization, etc.
Strongly Support France Diapers launch within 2025-2027 as key Northern Europe focus though portfolio analysis, customer profitability analysis, trade market conditions update (trade law changes); regulatory market conditions update (EPR regulations); customer visits together with commercial leads;
Partner Enterprise Markets Sector finance with Innovation pipeline analysis; CAPEX decisions;
Control SG&A and A&P Sector and Global allocations to ensure P&L accuracy of the cluster;
Effectively collaborate across commercial teams including Revenue Management, Category Managements, Marketing, Demand planning, sector FP&A

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Accounting qualified with proven years professional experience in Commercial Finance.
FMCG experience with strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of European retail environment, revenue management, solving complex problems, decision making
Strong data management skills, attention to detail /accuracy and proven capability to lead, prioritize and deliver high-quality output under time pressure
Proven ability to lead, challenge and influence across functional boundaries and deliver results
Clear and compelling communication – both written and verbal in English; knowledge of French language is a must
