We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Planning team in Langley, BC.

This temporary position is expected to last 18 months.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Enterprise Planning, you will be responsible for supporting business leaders with achieving organizational objectives through effective strategy development, plan execution, adoption methods, and continuous improvement. In this role you will provide analytical support, coordinate initiatives, research best practices and assist with stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementation and sustainable results.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration while working on company-wide initiatives.
  • Supporting the facilitation of meetings, decision-making processes, and coordinating activities across teams for timely execution of company objectives.
  • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify opportunities, measure KPIs, and track success metrics.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and recommendations to support strategic planning. 
  • Contributing to developing actionable plans, frameworks, and continuity planning documentation.
  • Supporting change initiatives by creating materials, monitoring adoption, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Tracking progress, managing risks, and escalating issues as needed to ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
  • Preparing progress reports and dashboards for leadership review.

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or change management.
  • A certificate in finance, business analysis or project management is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

  • Analytical with the ability to apply practical reasoning and critical thinking.
  • A collaborator and team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly attentive with a keen eye for detail.
  • Adaptable and agile in dynamic environments and can quickly adjust to changing priorities.

Compensation Details:

$74,029.00 - $92,536.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
