Role Overview
DXC Vietnam is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our global IT team and support the implementation and optimization of an enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, and driving improvements in service delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global support teams to implement and enhance the ITSM platform.
- Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases.
- Facilitate migration from legacy systems (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) to the new platform.
- Coordinate with project streams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
- Develop detailed requirement specifications to minimize implementation risks.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and scalable solutions.
- Lead meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions effectively.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work with vendors during technical discussions and implementation phases.
- Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. English certification (e.g., TOEIC, IELTS, TOEFL) is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ITSM platform implementation.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience in project management and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Familiarity with SDLC, quality standards, and service delivery operations.
