Join DKB Code Factory as a Business Analyst driving the development of our next-generation Property Management Platform - Security Deposits. In this high-impact role, you will bridge business goals and technical execution to shape core workflows and product strategy with lasting influence.

{ your_responsibilities: [

• Map, document, and validate end-to-end Security Deposit processes, including SAP integrations and customer journeys.
• Develop and maintain a structured requirements workflow with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate across product, development, and business teams to ensure alignment and reduce clarification loops.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to improve on-time decision-making and drive project momentum.
• Support go-live preparation activities to ensure a smooth launch of the Security Deposits component.
• Proactively identify risks and dependencies, contributing to acceptance testing and quality assurance.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

• Proven experience in requirements engineering and business process mapping, ideally within complex technical environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and technical understanding, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning diverse teams.
• Experience writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and understanding of REST APIs and SAP-related processes.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and adaptability to new domains.
• Ability to identify risks and contribute to acceptance testing processes.
