Job Description Summary
The Business Analyst – Sales & Pursuits plays a key role in driving sales excellence and supporting client pursuits across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
This role focuses on building the intelligence, insights and tools that enable sales leaders and pursuits teams to win more work. The Analyst works closely with regional Sales Enablement, Pursuits and Business Development Services (BDS) teams to develop and maintain client intelligence, conduct market analyses and strengthen pursuit playbooks that sharpen our competitive edge and strengthen client relationships. The role combines research, analysis, storytelling, and data-driven insights to support strategic pursuits, build repeatable best-practice frameworks and identify opportunities to grow share of wallet with target clients.

About The Role:
- Pursuit Intelligence: Develop tailored research and client intelligence packs that inform bid strategy, competitive positioning, and client engagement
- Competitive & Market Analysis: Analyse competitors, client portfolios, and emerging market trends to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making
- Sales Enablement Assets: Support the broader Sales Enablement team to create and maintain playbooks, proposal templates, and pursuit libraries that promote consistent, high-quality delivery
- Strategic Account Support: Support key account initiatives through targeted insights, dashboards and account planning materials
- Pipeline Management – support the tracking and management of sales pipelines to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Work with stakeholders to ensure accountability and timely progress through the pipeline.
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Translate complex data and research into actionable insights and visually engaging presentations
- Innovation – conduct external research on industry best practice, competitor strategies and emerging technologies. Explore innovative solutions, including tools and technologies, to enhance sales processes and strategies.
- Tools & Reporting: Support the maintenance and enhancement of dashboards and reports (including Salesforce and Power BI) to track pursuits and communicate performance metrics
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Sales Enablement and Organic Growth Teams to improve our sales processes and outcomes
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing – maintain updated documentation of processes, insights and project outcomes. Share best practices and lessons learned to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
About You:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales enablement, market research, business development, or strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in professional services or real estate advantageous.
- Strong research and analytical skills with an eye for commercial opportunities
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills; ability to craft compelling narratives
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Salesforce and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with client account planning and pursuit frameworks
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Collaborative, proactive and outcome-oriented mindset
