Job Description
• Must have experience in leveraging AI tools extensively for preparing requirement documents, Functional specification, approach documents etc. Preferably tools such as Claude sonnet / OPUS models on Copilot / Aqua’s “AI Copilot” etc
"4-7 years of experience in Indian and International trade finance domain
2. Experience in Indian Operations
3. Knowledge in LC, BG, Bills, Loans, EDPMS, IDPMS , TRRACS, Core banking
4. Experience on SWIFT messages like MT103 and MT202, MT 700, MT 400 and Nostro
5. Good understanding of workflow systems
6. Participate in client discussions and workshops. Co-ordinate with onsite/client for any clarifications
7. Hands on experience in requirement gathering and preparation of Functional Specification Documents
8. Adhere to team mgmt functionalities
9. Mentor and lead the junior team members
10. Excellent communication skills
11. Ability to manage a small team of functional resources
12. Task prioritization, WSR and client management
13. Travel to client location for short visits
14. SPOC for testing and development team
15. Secondary skills shall be
a. Retail Banking Knowledge
b. Treasury and Loans
c. Functional Manual Testing
d. Agile Methodology
e. Prototyping and Digitization"
