Job Summary
The Business Analyst’s responsibilities include operational support and oversight in all aspects of our client’s relationship with cellular service providers. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of mobile voice and data services across the organization, including device procurement, account management, billing oversight, and basic troubleshooting in accordance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom account administration, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Skills and Experience
Generally, requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience, a Master’s degree and 3 years of related experience, or 8 years of related experience and no degree.
