Job Family Definition:

Responsible for conducting or participating in multi-disciplinary process improvement initiatives throughout the organization, often extending to suppliers and customers. Develops and leads process improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and participates in development activities of the Lean Six Sigma community. Supports project selection, scoping, delivery and reviewing to ensure effective application of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and alignment with business vision and strategy. Promote Quality Culture by sharing best practices for introducing, driving and sustaining Lean Six Sigma in company. Counsels company’s business units and functions regarding implementation of improvement strategies, measurement and training.

This role delivers actionable insights and recommendations on business performance using advanced process mining tools. The Analyst will collaborate with business analysts, data teams, and process engineers to accelerate decision-making, define improvement opportunities, and build dashboards and visualizations that translate data into meaningful business impact.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, process engineering knowledge, project management discipline, and executive communication skills. They should be highly organized, open-minded, and effective at engaging stakeholders at all levels.

A Business Analyst is a strategic partner who evaluates business processes, identifies improvement opportunities, and translates organizational needs into actionable requirements. They bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic goals, operational priorities, and measurable outcomes. Business Analysts provide data-driven insights, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and support decision-making to enhance efficiency, productivity, and long-term business value.

Provides mentoring and guidance to lower level employees. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction. Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function.

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities:

  • Implement process mining solutions to visualize real end-to-end process execution and uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and delays.
  • Develop and track KPIs that link process insights to cycle-time reduction, productivity gains, margin improvement, and enhanced customer experience.
  • Build action flows, automation triggers, and alerts that translate insights into real-time operational improvements and accelerate ROI.
  • Collaborate with HPE Networking and Juniper teams to harmonize customer, quote-to-order, and order-to-cash processes; identify risks that may impact revenue or customer experience during integration.
  • Build dashboards and KPIs for integration activities, including quote cycle time, order velocity, pricing workflows, deal approvals, booking accuracy, and provisioning timelines.
  • Advance internal process mining capability by training business teams, reducing dependency on external consultants, and ensuring long-term sustainability of the platform.
  • Drive continuous optimization across the enterprise by scaling process mining use cases, identifying improvement opportunities, and enabling ongoing value realization.
  • Manages activities of supporting program teams and internal and external partners; ensures alignment with unit strategy and owns responsibility for overall initiative resource management.,
  • Communicates initiative progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; collaborates with business unit management and internal development, manufacturing and service delivery partners and Customers to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to drive process improvement and manage costs.,
  • Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into process improvement projects and activities in the organization.,
  • Reviews and evaluates plans and guidelines for compliance with process improvement guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve overall process improvement quality and results for the organization.,
  • Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members to set an example of process improvement innovation and excellence.

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Lean Six Sigma (Black belt) or other Quality certification required
  • Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification preferred
  • Typically 10+ years experience.
  • Experience with SQL and Python.
  • Experience with Celonis or similar process mining tools strongly preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong analytical, statistical, and root-cause analysis capabilities.
  • Experience with process mining tools and data-driven process improvement.
  • Ability to design, integrate, and analyse data sets from multiple systems.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of process design, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to innovate, adopt new technologies, and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
