Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and technology teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for technology teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.
  • Lead initiatives that drive digital transformation and process optimization across business units.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements based on real-time data and best practices.
  • Develop systems prototypes and solutions that increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Create and manage project plans, ensuring transparent communication and timely delivery.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of solutions.
  • Ensure solutions meet business goals and quality standards.

Essential Qualifications (Required)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics and systems development.
  • High proficiency with SQL and database management.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience generating process documentation and reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Working knowledge of programming theory and languages such as Python or C#.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and other relevant Microsoft applications.
  • Experience managing projects and user testing.
  • We’re looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented planner and expert communicator who thrives in both technical and non-technical environments.
