Responsibilities

Partner with business and technology teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements, processes, and workflows.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for technology teams.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.
Lead initiatives that drive digital transformation and process optimization across business units.
Recommend and implement process improvements based on real-time data and best practices.
Develop systems prototypes and solutions that increase efficiency and productivity.
Create and manage project plans, ensuring transparent communication and timely delivery.
Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of solutions.
Ensure solutions meet business goals and quality standards.

Essential Qualifications (Required)

Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics and systems development.
High proficiency with SQL and database management.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience generating process documentation and reports.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong technical writing skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience with data visualization tools.
Working knowledge of programming theory and languages such as Python or C#.
Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and other relevant Microsoft applications.
Experience managing projects and user testing.

We’re looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented planner and expert communicator who thrives in both technical and non-technical environments.
