JOB DESCRIPTION:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
- Drives value creation through gross margin and economic profitability improvement
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the assessment of commercial proposals in terms of special price offering
- Be proactively involved in key negotiations to drive and implement pricing strategies
- Develop the modeling for price impact from industrial policy such as VBP, reimbursement cut
- Continuously enhance the price approval process
- Leverage marketing team and marketing access team to set up selling price for new launched products and new developed distributors
- Cooperate with cross functions to explore margin improvement opportunities and monitor the progress
- Prepare rebate agreement and revisit contract renewal
- Maintain price in ERP and DMS system
- Provide valuable financial analysis for commercial team
- Ad-hoc finance related analysis
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in healthcare industry and in financial analysis
- Demonstrated expertise as a business partner knows industry policy and customer needs
- Experience with pricing and contract terms decisions and how they impact deal profitability
- Strong communication / management skills
