About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Accountability Senior Manager to lead analytics and insight teams that support line‑of‑business partners in understanding performance, identifying opportunities, and driving growth. The role is responsible for delivering high‑impact reporting, trend analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling that informs strategy and business decisions.
This leader will work closely with senior stakeholders to convert complex data into clear, actionable recommendations, while ensuring appropriate governance over associated risk programs, processes, and controls. The role balances analytical rigor with business partnership, enabling scalable insights and effective risk management across the portfolio.

Experience in cross-functional team collaboration in Financial Services with an emphasis in Consumer Lending or Personal Loans
Experience in operational excellence and continuous process improvement
Experience in driving change at large organizations
Top tier Strategy and/or Management Consulting experience
Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements
Exceptional problem solving abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels
Exposure to AI and/or machine learning models for conversion/balance deepening optimization.
Ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives

Candidate will be expected to work onsite from one of the stated locations listed in the job posting on a hybrid schedule.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
