The Role: 

AI2 is seeking a skilled person to help support our AI initiatives. This role sits within the AI2 Centre of Excellence (COE) Practice and will play a key role in supporting the AI spoke, Layer 6, and various business segments. 

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting a variety of initiatives and working closely with all program leads.  

 

Key Responsibilities for this role include (but not limited to): 

  • Lead projects and initiatives to enable AI transformation 

  • Provides day-to-day support with respect to Strategy and Planning initiatives 

  • Present and communicate generated insights and recommended business actions to stakeholders/ business leaders in an easily digestible manner 

  • Work autonomously and accountable for acting as a lead within a specialized business/program management function 

  • Own or contribute to the development of AI2 related assets including playbooks, change management materials and training programs 

  • Lead change management initiatives to drive the adoption of AI transformation across the enterprise. 

  • Conducting internal and external research to support the development and delivery of various programs. 

  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively with people at all levels within the organization. 

  • Participating fully as a team member, promoting a positive work environment that emphasizes service to the business, quality, innovation, and teamwork. 

  • Demonstrating a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously 

 

 

 

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements: 

  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in a large matrix organization. 

  • A good understanding of AI 

  • A passion for strong delivery and attention to detail. 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and simplify them depending on the audience. 

  • Experience working within AI2 or Transformation is an asset 

  • Highly motivated individual with a proven record of accomplishment for delivering results 

  • Adept at navigating the organization, leveraging internal relationships and functional areas across teams 

  • Strong proficiency and efficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. 

  • A hunger for learning and a readiness to embrace change
