Job Summary: This BUDGET ANALYST position, is located in the JFHQs directorate or division level office, and is part of the CA USPFO Army. This Vacancy is being advertised concurrently with Technician Vacancy CA-12930443-AR-26-185. Only one of the announced positions will be filled.
Major Duties:
Qualifications: General Experience: Possess the ability to plan and organize work, and have competencies in analysis, research, writing, and judgment typically gained through college education or progressively responsible experience and the ability to follow established methods and procedures; use practical knowledge of the operations, procedures, and policies of specific program areas or functional assignment. BUDGET ANALYST, GS-0560-9: Must have at least 1-year specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Must have experience, education, or training of finance budget competencies that provided knowledge of financial principles and procedures. Candidate must have a good understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the National Guard financial budget business program requirements. A candidate must have experiences and training that demonstrate the abilities to follow directions, to read, retain, and understand a variety of instructions, regulations, policies, and procedures.
