Associate Director, Early Assets & Analytics
Job Description
Major Accountabilities
Early Assets & Analytics Leadership:
Support analytics for early pipeline assets, including market, access, and early pricing hypotheses.
Support scenario modeling and analytics to develop early assets access strategy.
Identify access risks and opportunities for top 3 markets.
Support TA access teams to inform target product profiles (TPP) with pricing and reimbursement considerations
Assess and analyze payer evidence of expectations, unmet needs and value story potential.
Support development of access assumptions for forecasting e.g. Epi and patient flows, competitive landscape analytics, P&R scenarios, leverage available real-world data from analogs to strengthen assumptions
Support development of early price corridors using analogs, benchmarks and value-based frameworks
Drive standardization of analytics frameworks and tools
Translate complex and uncertain early-asset data into clear, executive-ready insights.
Cross-functional Strategic Decision Support:
Act as a analytics partner to TA Access, Pricing, .
Ensure early access and pricing considerations are embedded upstream in early asset strategies.
Support co-ordination of analysis across BSI V&A team for early assets (i.e. HEOR)
Analytics Quality & Ways of Working:
Define fit-for-purpose analytics methodologies for early assets a.
Ensure consistency, transparency, and quality standards across analytics outputs.
Manage flex-pool deployment and delivery accountability across TA’s based on portfolio evolution within each TA.
People Leadership & Capability Building:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and senior analysts.
Drive performance management, capability building, and succession planning.
Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
Contribution to BSI & IV&A Transformation:
Contribute to evolution and standardization of BSI analytics capabilities.
Integrate early assets & analytics into IV&A planning and roadmaps.
Requirements
Post-graduate degree (Masters) or graduate degree in relevant discipline (including health economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or business management)
6-8 yeas' experience in Market Access, Pricing, Strategy, Analytics, related roles.
Strong expertise in market access, Pricing & HTA systems
Proven experience in analytics
Demonstrated experience supporting early pipeline.
Proven people-management experience.
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
Proven leadership (people management and project management)
Prior experience to global markets; GCC experience is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
