The Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multiple related projects within a program to achieve strategic business objectives.
 

As an Integrated Services & Solutions Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
 

• Defining program objectives, scope, and success criteria aligned with business and operational goals.
• Developing and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets for drilling, completions, and production projects
• Overseeing execution of multiple projects, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and operational excellence
• Managing interdependencies between projects such as drilling fluids, well intervention, and wireline services.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Have higher education in Engineering, Petroleum, or related field
• Have proven experience minimum 10 yeas within Oil & Gas or Energy sector. Managing operations, multidisciplinary teams
• Have experience with integrated operations
• Have solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Have ability to manage budgets, timelines, and complex operational interdependencies.
• Have proficiency in project management tools and industry-specific software.
