About your team
The Brand & Creative team defines, expresses and protects Fidelity’s global brand, enabling clarity, consistency and commercial effectiveness across regions, audiences and channels.
About your role
We are seeking an exceptional brand strategist to help bring Fidelity’s enterprise brand to life in ways that drive commercial outcomes. This role ensures our brand system is not only coherent and consistent, but also commercially relevant, audience‑led and aligned to business priorities. You will co‑own brand guidelines with our Global Design Lead, lead our global brand health and insight programme, and ensure our brand experience delivers in partnership with leads from consumer, professional and employer brand divisions.
Key responsibilities:
• Co-own brand guidelines with the Global Design Lead, ensuring verbal and visual components form a unified, high-performing brand system
• Own brand health measurement, analysis and insight-led recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure brand expression across corporate websites and key digital properties is coherent and aligned.
• Collaborate with regional brand leads to support market activation that aligns to enterprise guardrails while addressing local commercial realities.
• Support employer brand by ensuring enterprise clarity strengthens our ability to attract and retain top talent.
• Providing clarity on complex brand questions and enabling teams across the business.
• Lead agency partnerships, ensuring exceptional strategic thinking and high-quality outputs.
• Create usable guidance, toolkits and playbooks that help marketing, digital and regional teams apply the brand with clarity and impact.
• Bring the enterprise brand strategy to life; clarifying, codifying and expressing it in ways that drive coherence and business impact.
About you
• You are a seasoned brand strategist with deep experience in brand architecture, messaging and narrative development.
• Analytical and insight-driven, with experience interpreting brand tracking, market data and linking insight to commercial levers.
• A highly skilled communicator with exceptional copy judgement and attention to detail.
• Comfortable influencing senior leaders and facilitating cross-functional alignment.
• Experienced working in complex global organisations with varied regional cultures and expectations.
• Organised, driven and able to manage multiple strategic workstreams simultaneously.
• Collaborative and pragmatic, with a governance style that enables progress rather than blocking it.
• Experienced managing agencies and ensuring strategic and creative alignment.
