Summary

Morgan & Morgan has been fighting for justice for over three decades, but our approach has been different since day one. As America’s Largest Injury Law Firm, we practice over 50 areas of personal injury law and operate in all 50 states.

Our marketing team is seeking a Brand Strategist who specializes in Digital Advertising to help drive high-intent leads and brand engagement at scale. This role will cross-collaborate with Performance Marketing and Creative teams, focusing on developing campaign concepts, ad copy, and landing page strategies that maximize conversions and brand impact. The strategist will shape creative strategy across digital ads — spanning Google Search, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms — and work closely with Paid Media to analyze results, surface insights, and refine creative direction for future campaigns.

The right candidate will bring both strategic insight and creative expertise — able to craft compelling ad copy, develop campaign concepts tailored to both search and social audiences, and collaborate with designers and performance marketers to ensure every ad and landing page works together to deliver measurable results. This is a highly collaborative role that requires curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate performance data (CTR, CPA, CVR) into fresh creative approaches that push campaigns forward.

Responsibilities
  • Develop creative strategy across paid search and social campaigns, including ad concepts, messaging, and landing page alignment
  • Write and refine ad copy designed to resonate with both high-intent search users and diverse social audiences
  • Partner with Paid Media to review performance data (CTR, CPA, CVR, etc.) and help identify creative optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with designers, content strategists, and UX to produce high-performing ads and landing experiences
  • Ensure brand voice and design consistency across all paid creative assets
  • Research audience intent and creative trends across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms to inform strategy

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven expertise in paid search and paid social
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and emerging ad platforms
  • Demonstrated success in improving conversion metrics and reducing CPA at scale
  • Excellent content instincts and understanding of creative that performs
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
