An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the growth of the SDA PL at Haier Europe. The Company is on a journey to deliver ambitious growth plans and as a result is investing in our new TV category across Europe.
As Brand Specialist for TV, you'll play a major part in the development of our category brand strategy and deployment, and content creation across Europe. Working with the Senior Brand Manager SDA you'll be supporting and shaping brand strategies, implementing brand plans, promoting brand growth, and event organization.
Marketing Strategy: support in developing the marketing plans for strategic brand development in the medium-long term, ensuring growth through NPD, power brand and brand stretching
Cross-functional Project Management: cross-functional stakeholder management, focusing on delivering an understanding of the product proposition and the creation of communication layers to be spread across different EU markets
Communication: contribute to the definition of global communication assets through an understanding of global insights, setting global media guidelines and setting corrective actions to ensure KPIs are met
Content Execution: execute digital/physical content through different stages (briefing to agencies and content execution following local markets media strategies and plans)
Ecommerce Strategy: providing insights on consumer shopping trends (personas) to support brand strategy and execute content, updating execution trends as required
Global Markets Coordination: accountable stakeholder for countries and brand lead coordination
Scenario Analysis: Competition/Consumers/Market: competitive benchmarks and new trends/customer understanding to drive insight generation and set corrective actions (Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, Ipsos, GFK)
Go to Market: oversee the 360° consumer purchase experience, from digital to physical
Events and PR: prepare and participate in company events (internal and external)
What you need to succeed
Education: Degree in Marketing or similar
Previous experience: at least 1 year in a similar role
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Proactive mindset and a strong drive for continuous improvement and professional development
Languages: Fluent English
