As the Brand Project Manager, you are someone who brings creativity and fresh perspective to the Lush world. If you believe in long candlelit baths, massage, filling the house with fragrance and you’re a passionate project manager, we want you! You know how to be curious about brand opportunities and how to be real with feedback and support.
This Brand Project Manager role will focus on events, advocacy and activism activations, and in shop marketing experiences to drive awareness and brand love. From brief to debrief, you’ll oversee, elevate and manage events and activations, in addition to other key campaigns, to deliver on brand strategy. You will ensure your projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
As the Project Manager you’re comfortable coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, are hyper-organized, and enjoy collaborating and building consensus amongst cross functional teams. You know the little details are just as important as the big ideas, and are able to think on your feet to problem solve. You’ll need to be proactive, an expert at prioritizing, and work effectively with hard deadlines alongside a fast-paced, diverse team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and operations.
