About the role

Brand Partnership – Sales Support

As a Brand Partnership – Sales Support, your primary responsibility is to assist the Brand Partnership team in managing client relationships and ensuring smooth execution of partnership initiatives. You will provide administrative and operational support throughout the sales cycle, helping to coordinate projects, support the account managers, and maintain accurate records to deliver exceptional service to partners.  Your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Support account managers with sales administrative tasks, which includes preparing agreements, proposals, presentation, partnership documents, filing, and updating customer databases.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/contractors to ensure timely project execution.

  • Manage inquiries from businesses/vendors for temporary retail and advertising setups.

  • Facilitate onboarding of short-term tenants and ensure compliance with mall policies.

  • Liaise with agencies or contractors for setup and manage work permit applications for brand activations or short-term installations.

  • Track rental income, monitor payments, and enforce lease compliance.

  • Manage in-mall advertising content and casual leasing activities, including occupancy and revenue tracking.

  • To upload contents and manage in-mall advertising .

About You

  • Degree in Business Administration or related.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a leasing support, administrative, or team assistant role.

  • Exceptional ability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently, supporting multiple account managers simultaneously.

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to review contracts, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

  • Skilled in managing competing priorities without compromising quality or deadlines.

  • Proven capability to handle several projects and administrative duties concurrently, meeting tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
