Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a customer-centric extension of the sales organization, ensuring a seamless client experience through responsive service and strategic support.

  • Utilizes proprietary data, analytics, and market insights to identify opportunities, anticipate client needs, and inform tailored solution development.

  • Partners cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to translate client feedback and performance trends into actionable business strategies.

  • Develops and delivers data-driven recommendations and presentations that reinforce value, strengthen client relationships, and support long-term revenue growth.

  • Internal and external communications led with thoughtful, data fueled customized insights to spark conversations and new consideration

  • Collaborate with Cross functional marketing departments to lead to develop category and client thought leadership presentations.

  • Serves as point to capture, prep and catalog all materials and collateral for Brand Partnerships teams pre and post customer engagement. 

  • Management of all reporting and business summaries shared with wider sales force.

  • Supporting GTM leads in market on sales calls, capturing guidance and insights from brand partners and translating to actionable items. 

  • Manager will be assigned to several of but not limited to the following core categories: Beverage, Finance, CPG, Telco, QSR, Tech, Auto, Retail, Insurance, Pharma and Travel

  • This individual will also serve in a business planning role, working closely with the Brand Partnerships GTM team, and their corresponding category lead consisting of:

    • Account Planning

    • Opportunity Identification

    • Strategy Setting

    • Achieving defined success metrics

Requirements & Skills:

  • Must work efficiently, effectively and in an agile manner that allows for optimum output.

  • Maintain a strong results-driven mindset with a focus on successfully closing deals.

  • Develop and leverage deep expertise in assigned categories to inform client partnership strategies and portfolio pitches; responsible for curating category insights and target account activities and demands to support CPDS and leadership in market with real time insights and intelligence to drive business. 

  • Bring genuine enthusiasm and passion for Warner Bros. Discovery’s brands, content, and portfolio.

  • Showcase a strong interest and knowledge in pop culture, leveraging current trends across social media to enhance client engagement and pitch relevance.

  • Organized, analytic, curious and sales insights focused that can develop strategies at the category, client and consumer levels.

  • Knowledge of the above noted categories is preferred, with a specific emphasis on any of the below:

    • Auto, Dining, Financial, CPG/BevAl, Insurance, Retail, Pharma, Entertainment, Tech, Telco

  • Must communicate sales insights effectively to assure what we deliver adds value, assures usage and accountability, and allows for collectively learnings and shared best practices.

  • Strong written and oral communicator with a client service mindset

  • Collaborator who works across the organization and different functional teams and levels.

  • Learn, and utilize existing corporate tools for maximum effectiveness – Salesforce, Sharepoint, etc.

  • Must have 3+ years of experience working in media sales, research, or marketing

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $64,610.00 - $119,990.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
