THE JOB:

As a Brand Marketing Partner at Park MGM, you’ll help bring the fresh, stylish, and effortlessly cool spirit of our resort to life.  In this role, you’ll support Entertainment, Brand Activations, and Hotel Operations, creating marketing moments that feel authentic, memorable, and uniquely Park MGM.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Activation, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Center of Excellence to ensure every initiative is aligned, on-brand, and executed with precision. Your collaboration will help strengthen our brand presence across the property and elevate the guest experience at every touchpoint.

Your work will play a key role in our mission to own the guest experience, creating WOW moments, meaningful connections, and the unforgettable energy Park MGM is known for.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Project manage both planned and ad-hoc marketing campaigns on-property, overseeing day-to-day campaign development while collaborating closely with marketing COEs and property teams
  • Partner with central marketing teams to create and deliver the necessary creative materials for on-property activations, ensuring all assets are provided according to the brief and undergo thorough quality checks
  • Work alongside the Entertainment and Events teams to manage on-property activations, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy
  • Prepare key materials for the Director in advance of meetings with property vertical leaders and Corporate
  • Conduct weekly audits of website and third-party content, compiling necessary updates from key stakeholders and ensuring all content is 100% accurate and up to date

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Three (3) years of prior relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, Events, Media, or a related field within Hospitality and/or Gaming
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write a marketing plan that communicates high‐level strategy and actionable tactics
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record in developing and delivering complex programs and projects with positive, measurable results
