About the team
Stripe’s global demand campaigns team delivers marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement for our audiences, solutions, and products worldwide. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, our campaigns support Stripe’s larger business objectives and deliver impact. We build, deliver, monitor, and evolve campaign delivery across a broad suite of content, tactics, and channels. Using a broad suite of metrics, we continuously measure our work and refine our strategies to improve outreach, enhance the customer journey, and support revenue growth for the organization.
What you’ll do
You will lead high-visibility brand programs that drive awareness and preference for Stripe. You'll translate market and audience insights into unique brand activations or multi-channel campaigns. You’ll manage agencies and media partners, work with regional teams to ensure local relevance, define success metrics, measure impact, and iterate to maximize outcomes—all while inspiring and aligning internal cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & audience insight: Define clear marketing objectives and strategies anchored in Stripe’s brand metrics and business goals, but informed by audience needs, trends, and competitive context.
- Influence & storytelling: Present strategy and results to senior stakeholders, advocate for bold creative choices, and elevate Stripe’s brand presence globally.
- Global integrated campaign leadership: Develop and execute cross-channel campaigns with potential international adaptation.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with demand, field marketing, product, creative, media, and comms to align on the business context, audience insight, key message, and best delivery approach.
- Agency & partner management: Own agency relationships, media vendors, and brand sponsorship partners to deliver standout activation plans and seamless execution.
- Measurement & optimization: Set KPIs for awareness and down-funnel outcomes; track performance, surface actionable insights, and optimize creative and channel mix accordingly.
- Autonomy & creative problem solving: Start work from a place of ambiguity, proactively clearing blockers for others and helping the broader team get to the end goal.
Who you are
- Experienced cross-functional leader: Brand or campaign marketing background with a strong track record of planning and running successful, break-through campaigns.
- Strategic thinker: See the "big picture" and can connect brand goals to Stripe’s broader mission.
- Audience-driven: Turn insights into compelling creative and strategic choices.
- Multi-channel expert: Deep expertise in brand channels like paid media (podcast, CTV, OOH etc.) and paid partnerships, plus proven ability to extend programs across both owned and earned channels.
- Measurement-minded: Able to define meaningful brand KPIs, analyze performance, and drive iterative improvements.
- Collaborative communicator: Skilled at influencing cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: Thrive in fast-growing environments and take ownership to move projects forward.
Minimum requirements
- 10+ years of brand or campaign marketing experience.
- Proven experience managing agencies and significant budgets.
- Demonstrated success partnering with teams across the globe.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Experience at a high-growth tech company (FinTech or SaaS preferred).
- Familiarity with a range of marketing measurement approaches, AI tools, and MarTech stacks.
