Role Responsibilities:
Submits the Brand Plans (MBPs) after incorporating input and feedback from Head, Director and GBT.
Recommends brand performance interventions
Manages the A&P ensuring accuracy and shifts according to the business dynamic
Works with CMO/Customer Planners to propose BTL activities and toolkits
Works with Media Manager to propose the Connection Plans.
Works with Culture Manager to propose the Cultural Plans
Financial Responsibility:
Accountable for delivering the brand P&L and leading the business functions that are responsible for delivering the plan.
Leads the delivery of A&P investment behind the Brand/Market and ensures ROI KPIs are met.
Ensures M&E of key activities and resulting investment decisions.
Works closely with Finance Manager(s) to oversee all of the above.

Stakeholder management is critical: this role must work closely and influence key stakeholders both internally and externally: Innovation, CMO, Finance, CR, Legal, GBT, CCT, Agencies, Partners, etc. Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills are essential

Key Outputs/Deliverables:
Supports 3 year Strategic Plan (ASC) definition identifying sources of medium term growth and resources needed. Including innovation strategy for the brand.
Drives the MBP’s Process to establish strong brand/category and business objectives and plans behind variant
Aligns A&P Split by Brand, in consensus with Line Manager & Marketing & Innovation Director.
Inputs into the Commercial Roadmap building for Portfolio under scope & the growth drivers necessary.
Responsible for guaranteeing ATL implementation, including Media plans, Digital Marketing, Public Relations and Out-trade experiential events.
Inputs into Price Strategy for each brand, in consensus with the commercial area, RGM and following Global Guidelines.
Adapts global ATL content or create local relevant pieces when needed.
Supports Customer Marketing in their creation of BTL toolkits for Venezuela
Business Performance Management Process including P&L tracking, Market share monitoring, PMR, Demand, Brand equity tracking and Category performance with a focus on Sell out. Proposes corrective actions or M4Ms, as needed.
Manages the overall A&P budget their brands
Ensures M&E is used to drive A&P effectiveness.
Supports the innovation team to define and deliver the year's pipeline.
Developing the full marketing mix and growth drivers for Recruitment’s Portfolio of Brands (Smirnoff TM, B&W Scotch Whisky, Tanqueray Gin, BAILEYS, Gordon’s) with focus in VCA (Venture Central America), in close coordination with the Head of Recruitment for CCV, and key stakeholders in Innovation, CMO/Commercial, RGM, Finance, Legal, CR, GBT/CCT in CCV to deliver outstanding results.
· Delivering annual targets in sell-out value, P&L and market share, while driving improvements in key brand equity metrics. Business acumen and performance management are essential.
· Creating and executing best-in-class in-market brand plans that outperform competitors through strong 360° strategies — with agility, risk management, and a learning mindset.
· Shaping the future of Diageo’s Recruitment Pillar through clear strategies (MBP, ASC, long term plans amongst others).
· Ensuring brand and product relevance by deeply understanding territory, occasion, and cultural context to connect meaningfully with consumers.
· Driving competitive and value-maximizing pricing strategies across all brands, in close collaboration with the RGM team.
Experience / skills required:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Consumer Marketing (CPG companies)
· Fluent in English and Spanish (oral & written)
· Experience on communication plans development
· Consumer/shopper behavior driven
· Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
· Price management at point of purchase
· Commercial awareness of consumer trends/profitability.
· Excellent analytical skills.
· Available to attend late evening events.
· Travel availability.
· Business Judgement
