About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Brand Manager to lead the growth of hematology / rare disease portfolio. You’ll develop and execute commercial strategies and promotional tactics that clearly differentiate Takeda’s therapies, grounded in a strong understanding of clinical value, corporate objectives, market dynamics and the broader healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Create brand plans and manage lifecycle, maximizing brand potential.
  • Data Digital and AI: Use data to inform strategic decisions and understand patient journeys.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Operational Implementation: Tailor customer experiences and manage budgets.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Develop promotional materials and ensure alignment with sales teams.
  • Digital Strategy: Implement digital marketing and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, strategic and analytical skills, collaborative leadership, fluent English.
  • Degree in Marketing or Science, experience in hematology/rare diseases, marketing or customer-facing roles preferred.
