This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Global Travel Retail is one of the Group’s largest markets, bringing Pernod Ricard brands to life in the exciting and innovative Travel Retail channel which includes duty-free, cruise ships & border shops around the globe. The Prestige team champions equity building of some of the most sought-after brands in GTR (Martell, Royal Salute, Ballantine’s Prestige, The Glenlivet, Aberlour etc…). The scope of the role is on the single malt category. It is the No.1 spirits category in retail value, growing at +9% CAGR25-28. A priority for PR GTR with strong conviction to gain shares.
As a Brand Manager, you will work across our malt brands (The Glenlivet, Aberlour, Dalmunach) to develop them and to unlock their potential in TR. You will particularly focus on Aberlour Speyside Single Malt. Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for effectively understanding, adapting and implementing global brand strategies. Collaborating with the Brand Company, Global Travel Retail Business Units and internal/external partners to align on brand strategies, assets development and activation plan against business objectives. You will ultimately be responsible for how our brands are activated throughout the path to purchase. This may include above the line and below the line activations.
Your unique contribution
You will have these main areas of responsibility:
Accelerate the growth of Aberlour globally, supporting Marketing Manager in shaping long-term & short-term brand strategy.
Drive brand visibility and engagement, with a special focus in ASIA and IMEA regions.
Transversal projects management, and coordination of key stakeholders
Who you’ll be working with
Internally, you’ll work with Brand Companies, GTR Business Units local marketing teams, Finance, other marketing functions such as insight team, traveller engagement team, retail experience and design, retail training etc
Externally, you’ll work with external creative agencies, POS, media, merchandising agencies etc
