The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $107,360.00 to $134,200.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
The Brand Manager, Jefferson's will be responsible for supporting strategic and brand & innovation plan development/implementation, operational and business monitoring for Jefferson’s Bourbon, with scope to support on TX Whiskey projects as needed. The Brand Manager will exhibit a general manager mindset and will be responsible for leading key projects that will aim to drive brand performance through long term profitable growth and build brand equity. This role may also have potential to support Jefferson’s Whiskey on key strategic projects on an ad hoc basis.

Support the annual strategic planning process, identifying gaps, opportunities, and consumer insights to build plans that deliver financial and brand objectives.
Lead execution of retail programs, brand partnerships, sponsorships, and consumer engagement initiatives in collaboration with agencies and commercial partners.
Oversee cross‑functional and agency working teams to ensure strong integration across Sales, Field Marketing, Global Brand Owners, Innovation, and Consumer Insights.
Manage key innovation workstreams—including go‑to‑market strategy, stage-gate development, sell‑in, and launch plans—with support from the Senior Brand Manager.
Lead digital content, CRM initiatives, and eCommerce content development to drive engagement and loyalty.
Own project and budget management, ensuring timely delivery, accurate tracking, and consistent reporting of performance metrics, market trends, and brand health.

Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
3+ years of experience in CPG brand management or client-side marketing; beverage alcohol experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing insight‑driven brand strategies.
Strong analytical skills, including experience with sales reporting tools (e.g., Nielsen) and budget management.
Proven project management skills and ability to collaborate across matrixed teams and agency partners.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
