Develop and execute a consistent brand strategy, voice, and visual identity across all channels;
Build and package case studies, candidate stories, and internal milestones into strong brand assets;
Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, and later potentially TikTok/YouTube);
Plan, create, and publish digital content, including posts, stories, carousels, and short videos;
Collaborate with external creators, designers, and editors to produce high-quality content;
Plan and manage paid digital campaigns and community engagement initiatives;
Shape the brand narrative through storytelling, highlighting team culture, values, and achievements;
Prepare branding and creative materials for hiring events, job fairs, and networking activities;
Manage event promotion campaigns and produce post-event content recaps;
Support PR and partnership efforts, including media outreach, interviews, podcasts, and industry collaborations;
Coordinate speaking opportunities and public appearances;
Monitor and analyze KPIs related to social media, content performance, brand awareness;
Present regular performance reports and strategic insights to the leadership team;
Continuously test, optimize, and improve marketing initiatives to maximize impact.
2–3+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or content strategy;
Proven experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram accounts for a company or personal brand;
Strong written communication skills in English (fluent/business level);
Solid understanding of digital content formats and content-creation workflows;
Basic proficiency in Canva, Figma, or similar tools (or ability to manage creative freelancers);
Project-ownership mindset — ability to take ideas from concept to execution;
Experience in recruitment, HR, or iGaming industries (nice to have);
Previous involvement in employer-branding campaigns or hiring marketing (nice to have);
PR or community-building experience (nice to have);
Skills in video content creation: shorts, reels, interviews, etc. (nice to have).
