The Job:

To enhance our marketing team, we are seeking a dedicated Brand Manager (m/f/d) to lead the strategic and operational management of our brand STANLEY and some smaller others. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development, positioning, and sustained growth of our brands by maintaining a comprehensive overview of all brand initiatives. You will be responsible for end-to-end brand development - from crafting impactful positioning and clear campaign messaging to managing budgets effectively. Leveraging market and customer insights, you will create compelling brand storytelling, execute high-performing sell-out campaigns, and deliver successful go-to-market strategies. This role demands a balance of creativity and analytical acumen, with a strong grasp of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.

What You’ll Do:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Crafting long-term brand strategies that align with business objectives, including positioning, messaging, and value proposition.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conducting research to understand consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities, using insights to inform branding decisions.

  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and loyalty. Creation and implementation of annual marketing plans, including activation measurements Briefing, planning, implementation and reporting of sell-out promotions including building a strong picture at the POS in the market. Coordinate with creative, media, and agency partners.

  • Brand Communication & PR: Oversee public relations, social media, and influencer partnerships also in collaboration with functional specialists. Ensure consistent brand representation in all communications.

  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track brand health metrics and report performance to senior leadership. Adjust strategies based on data and feedback.

  • Budget Management: Manage brand and marketing budgets. Track spending and ROI for brand initiatives. Own budget planning, allocation and performance-based prioritization of marketing investments

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency. Train internal stakeholders on brand guidelines. Work closely with different internal and external teams to ensure an aligned and effective go-to-market execution

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of (international) brand management experience.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and ownership; able to manage complex projects independently.

  • Commercial mindset with creative, out-of-the-box thinking.

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and efficient, even under pressure.

  • Highly proactive and hands-on, driving improvements and team objectives.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Confident communicator with strong presentation abilities at management level.

  • Strategic thinker who simplifies complexity into actionable recommendations.

  • Native German and fluent business English (verbal, written, presentation).
