RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Job Description

A role in Brand Management will give you exposure to the various parts of P&G business operations and will allow you to develop a broad and deep skill set.

Within the Brand Management function, you might will cover one (or more) of the three following scopes for a particular brand or category:

  • Commercial Strategy development, designing go-to market strategies and business plans which will deliver sales and market share objectives and help customers to develop programs which will build the business for them and for us;

  • Brand building responsibilities, playing a role on the design & execution of brand campaigns (media, digital, CRM, instore, PR) and developing instore materials and communication.

  • Shopper based design, developing instore and shelving strategies based on profound knowledge of consumer behaviour and shopper psychology

As a P&G intern, you will get the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to the development of sales &marketing concepts, product branding and go-to-market strategies & tools;

  • You will learn and implement concepts of market development and consumer behavior in order to apply them to categories (brands), customers and channels (distributors, pharmacies, supermarkets, among others).

  • Participate in new product launches

  • Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply) to deliver key results.

Job Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: .

  • You are graduated of a bachelor or a master’s degree

  • You have proven strong leadership ability to lead projects and have a strong determination to get things done to achieve your goals.

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • You have very good interpersonal skills and you are a team player.

  • You have good communication (verbal, active listening and written)

  • Agility and creativity are part of your skills-set.

  • You are autonomous, rigorous and organized and can execute with excellence

  • You are fluent in Portuguese and English
