We're looking for a talented individual to join Westfield Rise as our Brand Experience Growth Manager, on a 12 month fixed term contract, maternity cover. Westfield Rise (WR) is URW’s in‑house agency, acting as a one‑stop shop for creating innovative, high‑impact campaigns across our best‑in‑class retail media assets and advertising platforms. WR brings together Brand Experience, Media, and Data & Services. This role sits within the Brand Experience team, which delivers everything from short‑term experiential activations and event sponsorships to long‑term brand partnerships.

Key Objectives
In this role, you’ll help drive the development of our Brand Experience strategy and business plan, take ownership of the category budget, and support wider commercial channels, including digital and data. You’ll identify new revenue opportunities across media amplification, data solutions, and digital products, while collaborating closely with Brand Partnerships, Media, and our European teams. Building strong relationships with agencies, brands, and retailers will be essential as you grow the category and unlock its full potential.
What you will be doing…
Responsible for driving revenue through clients and agencies to achieve the overall budget.
Identify a strong pipeline of brand targets in key market areas, and pursue those targets with creative options.
Identify all sales opportunities, short and long term, with the emphasis on developing into wider brand partnerships. Seek to develop new unbudgeted assets with the centre management teams.
Must demonstrate good sales skills and relationships with media agencies and clients.
Chase leads and maintain up to date with the latest client campaigns and competitor activity. Strong understanding of UK agencies' links to Europe to leverage global deals.
Liaise with relevant departments (e.g. marketing, centre management, Operating Management) to maximise the value of bookings and maintain standards throughout the centres
Sales Performance
Develop professional and long-term relationships with clients, media, promotional and specialist agencies.
Oversee research leads and remain up to date with the latest client campaigns and competitor activity.
Ensure the CP Tool is up to date and accurate for budget tracking and reporting purposes.
Ensure all collateral is industry-leading and up to date.
Support the Lead Brand Experience Manager on the development projects to identify and maximise Brand Experience revenues.
Work closely with the Marketing and Events team to maximise revenue and achieve the Events budget through sponsorship opportunities
Account Management
Ensure all account procedures are adhered to for invoicing, collection of payments and sales reporting.
Ensure all sales collateral, specific information and presentations are updated in line with Global guidelines and industry requirements.
Understand the approval process, including technical compliance, fire safety and health and safety requirements.
Support Lead Brand Experience Manager with ongoing monthly financial reporting and forecasting, including occupancy and analysis.
Ensuring all income and pipeline are correctly reported through the CP Tool
Maintains Westfield's zero-debt policy
URW Standards:
Ensure all communications are consistent, professional and reflect the character of the Centre and core values of URW
Actively seek best practice from other Centres, the global portfolio and external influences
What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?
3 years relevant sales experience with new business, strategic selling and presentation skills
Demonstrable sales experience dealing at a national or Director level with major brands and agencies
A proven track record of selling partnerships, experiential, or Events
Hold a genuine understanding of marketing/advertising/promotions and can listen to a brand/agency understand their challenges and provide them with an appealing mix of solutions.
Someone who can build on their existing network and able to open doors at the right level.
Excellent sales skills and marketing/media/events/experiential market knowledge
Willing to travel to all UK centres on a regular basis and European centres occasionally, when required
Excellent negotiation and networking skills
